Our spacious lounge area provides the perfect place for your family to relax after a day out and there is plenty of space for your children to play, a large television, DVD player and films for you to enjoy.

FAQs

Is there a local park nearby?

Yes

A ten minute walk takes you to the local park where there are climbing frames, swings, slides, large grassy areas and football pitches.

Can you cater for a family reunion?

Yes

If you are planning a large family reunion you may consider our "house party" offers. Contact us for details.

Do you have a cot for my baby?

Yes

We have a travel cot which we will set up in your room for you if you let us know you need one.

Is there anywhere my children can play?

Yes

We have a spacious living room where your children are welcome to play under your supervision. We just ask that you remain considerate of other guests.

We also have a selection of family friendly DVDs to watch - just ask a member of staff!

As it's a hostel, will my family be sharing a room with other people?

No

We do not allow families with children under the age of 18 to stay in our mixed dorms.

Are you close to the beach?

Yes

We are a 5 minute walk from Llandudno's Victorian promenade with its pier and attractions - where there is even a Punch and Judy show at weekends and school holidays between Easter and September.

Do you have a dining room we can eat in?

Yes

You are welcome to use our dining room at any time. While we do not offer full kitchen facilities we have a microwave, a toaster and a hot water heater for our guests to use in the dining room.

Can we eat in our room?

No

We ask that guests do not eat in their rooms but use our dining room instead.

Do people smoke in the hostel?

No

Our hostel is a No Smoking zone.

Is the hostel a 'party hostel' like some?

No

There is no bar and we have a 'Quiet Zone' from 10pm until 8am to make sure everyone gets a good night's sleep!

If we are arriving late will someone be there to let us in?

Yes

We have staff who live on site and are always happy to welcome you.

We do ask that if you are arriving after 7pm you give us a call to let us know when you expect to arrive.

When can we check in?

Check-in opens at 3pm.

Does the hostel have designated parking?

No

We do not have designated parking, however there is unlimited free parking on some of the roads around the hostel and a carpark just around the corner which costs £2 for 12 hours.

What family activities are there to do in the area?

Can we use the kitchen?

No

Unless you have sole booking of the hostel guests do not have access to the kitchen.

However, there is a microwave, toaster and hot water heater in the dining room and tea and coffee making facilities in each of the rooms.

If you do use any crockery our staff will wash up for you!
